We have first hand experience of assisting clients with many of the occupational hygiene issues in their workplace.
Occupational Hygiene can be defined as the recognition and identification of hazardous agents (Chemical, Physical or Biological) in the workplace that could cause disease or discomfort. Hygienists need to be able to evaluate the degree of the risk due to exposure to these hazardous agents and be able to offer advice on controlling the risks to prevent or minimise ill health in the long or short term.
We have experience in a wide variety of industries. Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical, Office, Pharmaceutical.
Each industry has its own inherent hazards and each site its own risks. We use our professional knowledge and extensive experience to help arrive at the best, most cost effective way of eliminating or reducing the identified risks. Sometimes this can be on a one off basis or can be on a longer term retainer depending on the company’s needs.
